By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Permission is granted to account holders for website hosting using WebRiz Hosting's service for personal, non-commercial, or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Use or upload any materials that are owned by copyright of others without their permission.
• Use our service for the purpose of sending mass emails (Spam).
• Use our Service to damage, in any way, another website.
• Use our service to promote Hate or Criminal activity.
• Use our Service for X rated material.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by WebRiz Hosting at any time. No refund will be made for violating these rules, and you will be responsible for any damages arising from your actions.

WebRiz Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate services provided to a customer for any violation. Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Some hosting packages include a free domain registration or transfer. This applies to a limited number of domain extensions and may vary. We may allow or disallow a free registration or transfer at our discretion. All other extensions are excluded from this offer and will incur additional costs. Any reduction in fees for customers who wish to order using a different extension must be agreed upon in advance. The registration period is one year. Future renewals of these domains will incur our regular renewal rate.

Any 'unlimited' allowances are subject to fair use. Customers using excessive monthly bandwidth or disk space may be advised to improve website efficiency, configure a CDN, or upgrade to a bespoke solution and will be billed accordingly.

Resellers are responsible for their clients' actions in accordance with these terms. They must ensure clients adhere to these terms and monitor their usage to prevent resource abuse.

Advertising, transmitting, or making available any software, program, product, or service that violates these Terms, including spamming, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software, is prohibited.

WebRiz Hosting makes no warranties to your personal digital property. You are responsible for all copies of your files, images, or other work you own.

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages (spamming) is strictly prohibited as it can harm consumer attitudes and disrupt service.

Each account has its own cgi-bin. While you're free to use any CGI / PHP scripts, we reserve the right to disable any script that affects normal server operation or service to other customers. No chat room or similar scripts are allowed.

Background Daemons, including IRC bots, warez sites, and any program interfering with normal server operation, are prohibited.

Distributing information regarding the creation and sending of Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or engaging in activities disrupting the use of the network or any connected network, system, service, or equipment is strictly prohibited.

Engaging in illegal activities, including advertising Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software, is prohibited.

In no event shall WebRiz Hosting or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebRiz Hosting's Internet site, even if WebRiz Hosting or a WebRiz Hosting authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
